The project involved a full-scale renovation and fit-out of some of their retail units. It involved comprehensive decoration works internally and externally, which included a combination of painting, wall finishes to create an engaging and customer-friendly shopping environment. All flooring was fitted with durable and high-quality materials for both aesthetic appeal and practicality. Full HVAC systems were installed which also included the fitting of ventilation systems for toilets and kitchen, promoting a clean and hygienic environment. Communications and data points were fitted ready for the setup of IT equipment, security systems and the till networks. All lighting was installed including emergency lighting in compliance with health and safety regulations. High-quality joinery was carried out throughout the unit including the assembly of all shop fittings for display purposes.
All works were carried out according to the specifications and drawings provided by the Contract Designer, ensuring that all works adhered to the highest standards of quality and safety.
