We carefully removed the external shopfront facia signage, ensuring minimal damage to the building’s structure and surround materials. The internal space was stripped of all Marie Curie branding. All internal fixtures and fittings, including shelves, slatwall panels, uprights, and units were carefully dismantled and removed. The electrical supply was isolated to ensure safety during the removal of equipment and the till system itself was carefully removed. All remaining furniture, rag pens and any other miscellaneous items within the shop were removed and any rubbish or left over items from previous operations were cleared from the site, ensuring the premises were left in a clean and tidy state.
Once the dilapidation works were completed, the entire shop was thoroughly cleaned, and the building was left in a tidy and safe condition ready for future work.
